A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 13, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) driving license around 22:29 on February 13, 2014. 3. The Defendant forged a private document and uttering of a falsified document stated “E” in the column for the driver’s name in the statement of the driver’s opinion in the date and at the same place as the above paragraph 1, and marked the Defendant’s name next to the name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the defendant forged one copy of the report on the statement of the state of the state of the state driver, including the part of the private document under the above E, which is a private document related to the certification of facts.

The Defendant, as seen above, forged the report on the statement on the state of his driver, and subsequently, used a forged private document by submitting a false report to D as if the said document was duly formed.

4.
