On September 13, 2018, the Defendant driven B K7 cars under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.107% alcohol level from the 3km section of approximately 3km to the fluorian road located in 2-50 (Yinsan Ri) high-tech enterprises from the border university located in the Mudong-si, Sinsi-si, Sinsi-si, Sinsi-si, Sinsi-si.
