On November 15, 2015, the Defendant driven a bro-car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of 0.139% while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.139% on the road in front of the place where the happiness cost, located in the Sinsi-si, Sin-si, Sinsi-si, Sinsi-si.
