Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates the sales store of adult products called “C” at the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government second floor.

No person other than a pharmacy founder shall sell or acquire drugs for the purpose of sale.

Notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a pharmacy founder, around September 19, 2014, around 15:12, the Defendant sold 20,000,00 Sgra 2 eggs, which are pharmaceutical drugs, to the above “C”.
