Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates adult necessities stores in Seo-gu B and 1, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seoan-gu, and no person other than a pharmacy founder may sell drugs or acquire drugs for the purpose of sale.

1. Nevertheless, around October 15:56, 2014, the Defendant sold drugs to customers who found the specialty store for the above adult products at around 15:56, even if the Defendant sold 100 g 2 eggs, a prescription medicine, to 10,000 won and is not a pharmacy founder.

2. On September 2014, 2014, the Defendant: (a) obtained approximately KRW 15,00,00,000,000,000 from D, for the purpose of selling to an unspecified number of customers, at a store selling adult products of the C'' C' in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seoan-gu; and (b) obtained it from D, about 15,000,

From September 2014 to October 9, 2014, the Defendant: (a) from October 11, 2014 to November 1, 2014; (b) from around November 201, 2014 to around November 2014, the Defendant received 15,000 won from a number of customers for the said three hours at the sales store for adult products at the same time, and sold approximately 30 items to many customers.

4. On Nov. 1, 2014, the Defendant purchased the aforementioned visa 30 ogra and 60,000 ogra 30 ogra and og 60,000 ogh ogh 30 ogh og og og og og og o to sell to many customers.

5. From January 2015 to February 7, 2015, the Defendant received 15,000 won in total from the sales store for adult goods of the above' C' from an unspecified number of customers on four occasions to three occasions, respectively, for a total of 12 occasions, and sold it to an unspecified number of customers.
