Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 27, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment for fraud at the Daejeon District Court, and the execution of the sentence was completed on June 12, 2016 at the Daejeon District Court.

1. On October 14, 2017, at around 01:10 on the road in front of the residence of the victim D, who is located in G in G, Gyeongnam Development-gun, the Defendant stolen the said vehicle with property worth KRW 13 million at the market price, holding the said vehicle in the name of E, which was purchased from the Defendant on October 13, 2017, and parked in the said place on the day before the victim, using a cresh of surveillance over the damaged party, and having the Defendant drive the said vehicle in the name of E, which was purchased from the Defendant on October 13, 2017, and parked in the said place.
