A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

To order the defendant to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

Around 2013 when the Defendant served as a security guard in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Masan-si, the Defendant became aware of the victim D (Woo-si, 13 years of age, intellectual disability 3), and victim E (Woo-gu, 13 years of age, intellectual disability 3 level), and continuously contacted the victims by informing the Defendant of the Defendant’s cell phone numbers at around that time, and making a phone call or text message to the said victims. In 2014, the Defendant came to know of the said two balls as well as the victim G (F, 13 years of age, intellectual disability 3 level) attending the first grade special group of the “F” middle school, thereby allowing the Defendant to store the Defendant’s cell phone numbers at the aforementioned G’s cell phone, and finally communicating the said G with the said victims.

1. In 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes against the Victim D (Indecent Act by compulsion of persons with disabilities) at the second portraits of the above apartment security room around the summer in 2014, where the Defendant contacted the victim D’s cell phone to the victim D to enter the above portraits, and the victim called “the victim” to read “the victim” to read as “the victim, who entered the toilet following the victim’s entrance to the toilet, sent the victim to the toilet,” and then, the victim was aware of the victim and her fingerd into the clothes.

In 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes against Victims E at around 19:30, around 2014, at the same place as Paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendant contacted D’s cellular phone, made D and the victim E enter the above portrait, and made the victim E enter the toilet with “B coming to the toilet,” and after having the victim enter the toilet, the victim E her fingers into the toilet, and her breasts.

Accordingly, the defendant forcedly committed an indecent act on a person with mental disability.

3. On September 3, 2014, the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes against Victims D, Victims E, and Victims G is violated.
