Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in the part of money exchange and speculative acts is the business owner operating the “D Gameland” on the first ground of the “Yansan-gu, Busan-gu,” and the “E” is the business owner in the name of the above game place, and the “E” is the employee who will bring the books to the outside of the above game place and bring them back to the customers again. F is the employee who is responsible for the money exchange business, and G is the employee who performs the money exchange business while playing the “lick” in the name of the above game place’s entrance, and H is the employee who takes charge of the money exchange business, and H is the employee who takes charge of the money exchange business, and H is the employee who takes charge of the above game place.

No one shall exchange, arrange or repurchase tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game products as a business.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, along with E, F, G, I, and H, from around 17:4 on October 6, 201 to March 7:40, 201, set up 40 games in the said gameland, and offered 40 games for use by unspecified customers, and made a gift automatically released from the said game by customers, using the said games, deducted 10% commission per gift from exchange outside the said game site, and exchanged 4,500 won per gift.

Accordingly, in collusion with E, F, G, I, and H, the Defendant engaged in speculative activities by using speculative gaming machines, and carried on the exchange of free gifts obtained through the use of game products.

2. No one who provides game products different from the contents of the rating classification shall provide such game products for the distribution or use of the contents different from the contents of the rating classification received by the Game Rating Board;

Nevertheless, the Defendant along with I, from around 17:44 on October 6, 201 to around 17:40 on March 7, 2011 to the “D Gameland,” as a whole, from the Game Rating Board.
