Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Joint criminal conduct by Defendant C and Defendant A
A. On February 7, 2012, Defendant A operated a credit business without registration in Ulsan-gu Eel, Ulsan-gu, and operated the credit business without registration with Defendant C, and without registration with the competent administrative authority under subparagraph 202 of Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, 202.
B. On March 1, 2012, around 15:00, the debtor G extended KRW 1.5 million to the above G in Ulsan-gu Hju-dong, Ulsan-gu, which was operated by the debtor G, and paid KRW 30,000,000 to the above G, and paid KRW 1.477,00 won each day by 30,000 won for 60 days thereafter, and 251.69% interest was paid to the above statutory interest.
C. On March 1, 2012, around 15:00 in mid-term 15:00, the debtor I lent KRW 1 million to the above I, 100,000,000,000,000 in advance and KRW 370,000,000 in advance of the principal of the fee, and paid KRW 870,000 in advance each day for 30 days thereafter, 80,000 won in excess of the statutory interest.
At around 15:00 as of March 20, 2012, at a mutually influent restaurant located in the profit-making of Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, U.S., a debtor K, one million won of the principal of the commission and KRW 100,000 of the fee and KRW 370,000 of the prepaid interest are paid to the above K, and KRW 870,000 of the fee and KRW 30,000 per day for 40 days thereafter, 610.1% interest per annum in excess of the statutory interest.
2. On February 7, 2012, Defendant A paid a fee of KRW 3,70,000 on condition that he/she loaned KRW 5 million to the debtor L, and received interest at an annual interest rate of KRW 276.20% exceeding the statutory interest rate of KRW 276.20% on a daily basis for 78 days after paying a fee of KRW 4,70,000,000 to the debtor L.
3. Defendant C
A. On March 1, 2012, the Defendant loaned KRW 3 million to the above M at the Ncafeteria in Ulsan-gu Ncafeteria operated by the debtor M on March 15:00, the Defendant offered KRW 2.10,000,000,000 to the above M, and offered KRW 2.7% of the principal of the fee, and paid KRW 2.730,000,000 each day after paying KRW 2.730,000.
