1. The Plaintiff:
A. As to Defendant mobilization and development Co., Ltd., the amount of KRW 522,614,663 and KRW 350,341,471 among them, shall be calculated on December 2014.

Basic Facts
The status of the parties is the autonomous management body that consists of occupants to manage the 779 households of Yangsan-si B apartment (hereinafter referred to as the “instant apartment”).
Defendant Mobilization Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant Mobilization Development”) is a seller who constructed and sold the instant apartment, and the Defendant Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant Guarantee Corporation”) entered into a warranty contract for the instant apartment as set forth in the following B between Defendant Mobilization Development and Defendant Mobilization Development.
On February 14, 2005, the Defendant mobilization development entered into a contract on the warranty of defects with the Defendant Guarantee Corporation (hereinafter “the instant warranty contract”) and the Defendant Guarantee Corporation entered into a warranty contract for defects (hereinafter “the instant warranty contract”) with respect to the instant apartment, and deposit with the Yangsan City Mayor, which is the authority for usage inspection, and if the council of occupants’ representatives or the management body is organized, the guaranty creditor changed to the relevant council of occupants’ representatives or the management body.
The guaranty creditor of this case was organized by the Plaintiff from February 22, 2005 to February 21, 2006, 366,244,38 from February 22, 2005 to February 21, 2006 (1 year) to 366,244,338 from February 22, 2005 to February 21, 2007 (2 years) 3 E 549,36,508 from February 22, 2005 to February 22, 2008 to February 21, 2008 (3 years) 4 F274,683, 253, 205 to February 22, 2005 to 36, 205 to 205, 205, 213, 205, 25, 205, 213, 2015.
In the construction of the apartment of this case, the defendant mobilization and development did not construct the parts to be constructed in accordance with the design drawings or the related Acts and subordinate statutes, or modified and executed differently from the design drawings.
