1. The Defendant’s KRW 526,73,790 among the Plaintiff and KRW 201,00,000 among the Plaintiff, shall be KRW 325,73,790 from October 27, 2015, and KRW 325,73,790.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Plaintiff is a household and ancillary facilities located in A apartment located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu (hereinafter “instant apartment”).

(2) The Defendant (the Korea Housing Guarantee Corporation, under Article 4 of the Addenda to the Housing and Urban Fund Act, changed its name to the Korea Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation; hereinafter “Defendant, regardless of whether it was before or after the change of name”) guaranteed the obligation to repair the defects of the apartment in this case for the Sungwon Industrial Development Co., Ltd., which constructed the apartment in this case (hereinafter “Mawon Industrial Development”).

B. On October 21, 2005, Sungwon Industrial Development was issued with each of the items as indicated below by the Defendant and deposited it to the head of Ulsan Metropolitan City Dong/Dong/Dong, which is the authority for usage inspection.
