[Defendant A] Imprisonment with prison labor for eight months
However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Defendant
A is a teacher who has a four-year-year-year-year-year-year-age-old G kindergarten in Busan, and Defendant B is a teacher who has five-year-old children of the above kindergarten, and Defendant C is a teacher who has six-year-old children of the above kindergarten, and Defendant C is a teacher who has four-year-old children of the above kindergarten, and Defendant D is a teacher who has four-year-old-age-related children of the above kindergarten.
1. On December 6, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 11:52, at G Child Care Center Ha, located in P of Busan, on the 17th floor of G Child Care Center; (b) on December 17, 2016, the Defendant: (c) had the victim I ( South and North years of age) sound due to the fact that the victim I ( South and North years of age) was unable to properly conduct the rate-dong and action in order to publish the school conference scheduled on December 17, 17, on the said kindergarten year; and (d) had the victim her shoulder, neck, and head knifed in the order of the victim in two hands, then she had the victim 5 to 6 times in front and rear, and her hand knife the victim’s grandchildren and so on.
In addition, from December 6, 2016 to December 14, 2016, the Defendant assaulted seven victims who are children or abused them over a total of 21 times, as shown in the attached Table 1 list of crimes, from around December 6, 2016.
Accordingly, the Defendant, as a person without reporting a child abuse crime, habitually abused a child's body or harming the physical health and development of the child, or emotional abuse that harms the mental health and development of the child.
2. On December 5, 2016, Defendant B, at G Child Care Center at H in Busan City, on the first floor, around 12:09, the Defendant abused 30 members of the said kindergarten on December 17, 2012, on the ground that the victim J (YY) was unable to properly conduct this rate of operation or action on the part of 30 members of the said kindergarten located in G Child Care Center at H, Busan, on the ground that he/she was unable to properly implement this rate of operation or action on the part of the victim J (YY).
