A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 27, 2019, at around 01:30, the Defendant: (a) suffered from the victim D (year 44) who is working partner in the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City (C) and his head; (b) had the victim’s head; (c) had the victim’s loss caused by the victim’s loss; (d) had the victim’s loss caused the victim’s loss to his head; (e) had the victim drafted the Defendant’s loss; and (e) the Defendant asked the above loss as soon as possible; and (e) caused the victim’s injury, such as cutting off and cutting down the down of the external trauma of the right part of the right side where the treatment of approximately 90 days is required.
