Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine of 700,000 won, and by a fine of 1,00,000 won, respectively.
The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person who operates a laundry at the Busan Metropolitan City Office, and the defendant B is the wife of the defendant A.
Victim D is a person operating a “E” educational institute in the same commercial building, and Victim F is a person operating a “G” educational institute in a heading room directly adjacent to the educational institute of the said history class as the wife of the victim D.
Defendants and victims have been frequently disputed due to the dispute over management expenses of commercial buildings, etc.
1. Defendant B’s sole criminal conduct (Interference with business) found in the above “E” private teaching institute on April 5, 2018, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s private teaching institute’s class by force by harming the victim’s private teaching institute by forcing the students of the victim D to take lessons by without permission, while the victim D is going to take lessons. Defendant B’s act of photographing the student’s appearance without permission, and thereby obstructing the victim’s private teaching institute by force.
2. The Defendants’ joint criminal conduct (Interference with their business)
A. On April 5, 2018, the Defendants, at around 21:00 on April 21, 2018, prepared for the victims’ F (n, 47 years of age) to return home while finishing their school lessons in the above “G” around April 5, 2018, and opened a classroom of the said private teaching institute and Defendant B, despite the fact that there are students within the private teaching institute, have yet to be in the private teaching institute, saying, “I will not come to drink due to the private teaching institute, I will come to drink, and students will hear.” On the other hand, I would like to have “I will come to come to a eronomic personality,” and continue to have “I will come to the private teaching institute,” and I would like to have a sound knife with the books, and try to have the victim d's husband do so.
