A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

(b) Crime history;

1. On June 27, 2017, the Defendant found the victim B’s residence intrusion and special intimidation around 14:00, that the victim B (n, 72 years old)’s residence door was opened, and the Defendant entered the said residence through the entrance door, and displayed a fix inserted (27cm in length) which is a dangerous object for the victim’s hand that was drinking water in the ward, while drinking water in the ward, the Defendant stated that “I will die this e-mail, coming from North Korea, with a width affixed.”

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and threatened the victim with dangerous things.

2. On June 27, 2017, around 14:05, the Defendant discovered that the victim D (inn, 74 years old)’s dwelling entrance door was opened in Seoul Central-gu C and *01, and that the victim D (inn, am, 74 years old) was exposed to the entrance door through the entrance door of the entrance, and that the victim’s face, who tried to sleep the entrance door one time, had the victim exceeded the front floor of the entrance.

As a result, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence, and suffered bodily injury such as the 84th day of medical treatment.

3. On June 27, 2017, around 14:10, the Defendant invaded upon the victim E, etc.’s residence, via the entrance opened in the second floor of the “G” building used as a lodging room by the employees of the relevant station, such as the victim E (62 years old) in Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, into the said lodging room, and invaded the victims’ residence.
