A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a person who operates CMat (D Mt) located in Asan-si B, by deceiving the victim E, F, G, and H from March 20, 2013 to April 18, 2013, obtained and acquired goods worth KRW 60,302,442 in total from the victims by deceiving the victim E, F, G, and H as follows:

1. The criminal defendant against the victim E in March 20, 2013 would make payment from the end of April 2013 to the victim E in Mt located in Asan City B.

The Defendant, on March 20, 2013, obtained the supply of fruit amounts of KRW 13,177,428,428 in total on four occasions, including the supply of fruit amounts of KRW 2,591,970 on March 25, 2013, KRW 2,778,90 on March 25, 2013, and KRW 2,591,970 on April 5, 2013, and KRW 13,17,428 on April 12, 2013.

2. On April 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around Mart, 2013, against the victim F, would offer the victim F with money to the victim F at the same time as the delivery on the face of the note by preparing the C Open Advertising Guide.

3. On April 2, 2013, the criminal defendant against the victim G would give approval to the victim G on the 20th day of each month after the end of every month when he/she supplied foodstuffs.

The surety insurance policy is cut up until April 12, 2013.
