A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was a person who operated a fishery product copon in the Nam-gu Seoul metropolitan area “CMat”.

The Defendant, around June 2015, in the “F” operated by the victim E in the Gwangju-dong D market in Gwangju-gu, 2015, changed the supply of fishery products to the victim as “(C) has opened the c marina,” and changed the delivery of fishery products to the victim. The amount of fishery products deposited in the account is to be directly settled and to the extent of living expenses, as the price deposited in the account is to be reduced by issuing the passbook in the name of G (H).

“Around May 10, 2017, when the injured party received fishery products from the injured party, he/she deposited the settlement amount to another account and changed the settlement amount from CMat business owner to another account, but did not notify the injured party of the fact and, as if he/she would continue to settle the settlement amount through the deposit amount in the said account, the injured party was deceiving the injured party as if he/she would make the settlement, and the young party received fishery products worth KRW 34,530,000 from the injured party to July 31, 2017, and acquired them by deceptioning the same amount of KRW 56 times as indicated in the list of crimes.
