A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Criminal facts

1. On September 30, 2010, the Defendant violated the Act and the Attorney-at-Law: (a) discovered that the victim C was implementing an industrial complex development project in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-si; (b) confirmed that it was impossible to designate the project operator from the public officials of the Ulsan-si Office, Ulsan-si, the Defendant received KRW 51,488,000 from the above date and time to May 17, 201, totaling KRW 30 times from the victim’s house located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-si, and received KRW 51,48,000,000 from the above date and time to the victim’s house located in the Seoul-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, with the awareness that it was impossible to designate the project operator.

Accordingly, the Defendant received money by deceiving the victim as above, by acquiring money from the victim, by deceiving him, and at the same time soliciting the affairs handled by the public officials.

2. From September 28, 2010 to December 1, 2010, the Defendant acquired KRW 7,300,000 from the above date and time to December 1, 2010, the Defendant acquired KRW 2,00,000 from the above date and time to the victim, by means of a false statement to the effect that, although the Defendant was aware of the fact that the said victim had no intention or ability to find a group of persons employed by Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd., the said victim was aware of the job where he was employed by her children, he/she shall be employed in the Hyundai Heavy Industries upon obtaining a letter of employment recommendation from the Speaker of Ulsan City Council.

3. The Defendant, on December 14, 2010, entered into a technical service contract with the secondary engineering for the designation of the said victim at the H office operated by the Defendant in Ulsan-gu G around December 14, 201.
