A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around August 2014, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim E, who had been employed as an employee in Ulsan-gun C in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, to the effect that “a person who had served for a long time in the Republic of Korea, served for a long time in the modern Heavy Industries, was aware of his/her retirement while serving as a high-ranking position, and who will be employed in the modern Heavy Industries at the face of the week 20 million won, will be employed as a suspended worker in the modern Heavy Industries.”

However, the facts do not seem to have worked in the modern middle industry, and there is no person who knows in the modern middle industry, and even if the victim receives 20 million won from the victim, there was no intention or ability to employ the victim's preliminary death as a member of the suspension from office in the modern middle industry.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 2 million from the victim to the national bank account (G) in the name of F managed by the Defendant on September 2, 2014, and thereafter, received from the victim seven times in total as shown in the annexed crime list from November 10, 2014.

2. Around 08:00 on April 7, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driven a J EM car without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 15 km from the parking lot near the Postal Loan in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do to the International Maintenance Office in the Southern-gu, Ulsan-do.
