1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On March 12, 2013, the Plaintiff and Nonparty D (hereinafter “Plaintiff, etc.”) provided the Plaintiff, etc. with the use of each real estate in relation to the development of each real estate in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each real estate in this case”) owned by the Defendants, etc. between the Defendants and Defendant B and the Plaintiff, the father of Defendant C, and the husband of the Defendant C (hereinafter “the network E,” and the Defendants and the Defendants referred to as “Defendant, etc.”) on August 12, 2015, with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each real estate in this case”). The Plaintiff, etc. provided the Plaintiff, etc. with the relevant authorization, permission, etc. to the extent necessary to perform their duties such as the above authorization, permission, etc.

[Written Agreement on Business Related to Authorization and Permission of Real Estate] The purpose of this Convention is to provide for the basic rights and obligations of “A” (the defendants and the network E; hereinafter the same shall apply) and “B” (the plaintiff and D; hereinafter the same shall apply) in carrying out the affairs related to authorization and permission and smoothly perform the affairs related to authorization and permission on the basis of mutual trust and good faith.

Article 3 (Rate of Work and Apportionment of Duties) "A" and "B" shall act on their respective duties and roles in respect of this Convention.

1. The roles and duties of “A”;

(a) as land owner, only the authorized or permitted portion of this Convention shall be provided with the use of the land and shall be the applicant for authorization or permission (authorization or permission);

(b) Maintenance of rights to land until real estate is traded upon completion of authorization or permission;

(c) Demand for written consents to obstacles in carrying out the affairs of authorization and permission;
