Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to convert a mountainous district shall obtain permission for the use thereof from the Minister of the Korea Forest Service.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the Minister of the Korea Forest Service on April 2014, 201, converted the same into a mountainous district of a size of 63 square meters by using a refluoring season, etc. in forest land located in Sungsung-si B.
