Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to convert a mountainous district shall use the mountainous district and obtain permission therefor from the Minister of the Korea Forest Service.

On January 2014, the Defendant used equipment such as cutting down trees and making the floor flatly in a forest owned by another person located in Busan-si, Busan-si without permission for mountainous district conversion, and converted the use of mountainous district of 740 square meters.
