The defendant shall be innocent.

1. On April 23, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 17:25, 2019, on the 12nd floor of the B apartment, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant committed assault by assaulting the victim’s left shoulder and the part of the arms with the left shoulder of the victim’s left shoulder.
