Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2017 High 12" is the resident of the C apartment in Namyang-si, and the victim D is the head of the management office of the above apartment.

Between September 13:05, 2016 and 17:30 on the same day, the Defendant does not abuse his authority over the establishment of CCTV to the victim at the above apartment management office;

In accordance with the victim who intends to continue to perform the work of cutting down pine trees in an apartment complex and according to the victim who has the right to do so, the warden has the right to do so;

"A large amount of about 40 minutes" has interfered with apartment management affairs, such as meetings and notices of the Director D and staff E.
