Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Relevant Plaintiffs A, B, and B are children of Nonparty H, and Plaintiff C is the spouse of the above G, and Plaintiff D, E, and F are children born between Plaintiff C and the above G.
B. Circumstances 1 of the construction of the temporary road ) Defendant Substitute Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”).
