A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 9, 2018, the Defendant sentenced ten months to imprisonment with labor at the Jeju District Court for the crime of interference with business, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Jeju Prison on September 7, 2018.
1. Interference with business;
A. On April 10, 2019, the Defendant, at around 18:04, obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force for about 40 minutes from around 18:40 minutes on the same day, by drinking in the “D” restaurant operated by Jeju-si B and the victim C (year 25). In so doing, the Defendant: (a) significantly sounded the victim, employees, and customers to the effect that “the victim, employees, and customers are 10 parts of Taekwondo; (b) the victim, employees, and customers are 10 parts of Taekwondo; and (c) the victim’s restaurant business.
B.
