A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Handling Act;

A. On November 30, 2013, around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) stored approximately 0.03g of the psychotropic drugs from E from D Lestop, operated by the Defendant, Busan, in a single-use injection machine; and (b) administered them in a way of injecting them into the left bloodline after being melted.

B. On December 2, 2013, at around 07:00, the Defendant: (a) placed approximately 0.03g of philopon on a part of the Defendant’s HM5 vehicle parked in G parking lot located in Busan City F in a single-time injection instrument; and (b) administered the vehicle in a way of injecting it into the left part after melting it into a single-time injection instrument; and (c) melting it into the bloodline.

2. On December 2, 2013, the Defendant, in violation of the Road Traffic Act, driven a HM5 vehicle from G parking lot located in Busan City F to the front day of the Defendant’s home of the 301st office of Busan Jin-gu, under the condition that the Defendant is unable to drive normally due to medication due to a clopon medication from the G parking lot located in Busan City F, to around 100 km to the front day of the Defendant’s home.

1. Article 62-2 (1) of the Criminal Act, Article 59 of the Act on Probation, etc., of community service orders;

1. The main sentence of Article 67 of the Narcotics Control Act;

1. The proviso to Article 67 of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (Standards for 100,000 won at the market price for one-time medication of opphones).
