Punishment of the crime

On August 25, 2016, at around 19:35, the Defendant driven Bsch Rexton vans without obtaining a driving license from approximately 18 km section to the front of the charging station, from the 19:35 on the road in Ansan-si, Ansan-si to the west coast in Seocho-si.
