Punishment of the crime

On October 11, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. in the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch on October 22, 2012, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 22, 2013.
