A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 2012, the Defendant: (a) was unable to obtain a credit card under his name due to the cumulative debt and bad credit standing; (b) was issued with an identification card and a credit card owned by the victim by the victim C; (c) was issued with an identification card and an identification card owned by the victim; and (d) had been issued with an additional credit card issued under the victim’s name.

1. On December 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) had access to the F Office on the fourth floor of the E-building in Masan City, Busan, to the Hyundai Card website (www.hypta.com) with a computer for the purpose of causing the management of affairs; and (b) had selected the type of card from the “line for Card Application” column.

On the other hand, the name and resident registration number of C and the “personal identification card receipt space” were continuously entered into the Defendant’s domicile, the Defendant’s telephone number in the “Contact Place”, and C’s community credit cooperatives account number (G), and C’s resident registration number issuance date in the “Automatic Transfer for Payment”, respectively.

As a result, the Defendant forged one credit card application file in the above C name, which is a prior recording of rights and obligations.

2. On December 2012, the Defendant sent a small credit card application file to an employee in charge of the said modern card, via the Internet, and exercised it, as if it was duly formed at the office of the said Franman, as described in paragraph (1), at the early December 2012.

3. Forgery of private documents;

A. On December 6, 2012, the Defendant entered the Defendant’s house located in Seocheon-gu H and 204 (Istudio) in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, and pursuant to the credit card application as described in paragraph 1, the Defendant signed the Defendant’s name on the date of receipt of the “on-site card R3 member registration application” brought by the employee in charge of delivery of his/her name-free modern card in the “on-site card 6, 2012,” “J” in the resident number column, and “C” in the applicant’s name column, and sign it next to his/her name.
