Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, each of the above two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive is against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall move or arrange any foreigner who has entered the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province without visa to another area within the territory of the Republic of Korea without obtaining permission for extension of sojourn area, and any foreigner who has entered the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province without visa shall obtain permission for extension of sojourn area from the Minister of Justice when he/she

1. Defendant A, who is the husband of his wife D (Suspension of Prosecution on the same day), entered Jeju-do without a visa, and conspired with the above D to move to Gyeonggi-do using the vessel.

On June 3, 2015, the Defendant was contacted by the Defendant that B entered Jeju-do without a visa. On June 5, 2015, the Defendant was willing to move B to Gyeonggi-do with the arrival of Jeju-do on June 5, 2015 without obtaining permission for extension of the sojourn area after having arrived at Jeju-do. On June 7, 2015, the Defendant was exposed to the police officer, who was conducting the inspection, carrying B on the said vehicle on the E- Abburg-ri passenger car leased in advance at around 07:25, and loaded the said vehicle on the 6th passenger terminal in Jeju-do at Jeju-do.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with the above D, intended to move the above B, a foreigner who did not obtain permission to extend the sojourn area, to another area within the territory of the Republic of Korea, but failed to do so.

2. Around June 3, 2015, Defendant B entered into Jeju-do without the visa, using the South-do air from the Sincheon Airport of China. On June 5, 2015, Defendant B decided to move the said A to Gyeonggi-do without obtaining permission for the extension of the sojourn area.

On June 7, 2015, at around 07:25, the Defendant was exposed to the police officer conducting an inspection, who was going to board the E-to-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-J

In this respect, the defendant did not get a visa to Jeju Special Self-Governing Province.
