1. The Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

2.Provided, That with respect to Defendant B and C, the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. Where a foreigner who enters the airport or harbor of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province without a visa to stay in Jeju-do for the purpose of defendant A tourism intends to move to another area within the territory of the Republic of Korea, the Minister of Justice shall obtain permission for extension of sojourn area (hereinafter referred to as "permission for extension of sojourn area") from the Minister of Justice, and shall not move or arrange any person who has not obtained permission for extension of sojourn area to another area within the territory of the Republic of Korea, and shall not allow any person who has moved to another area within the territory of the Republic of Korea

피고인은 2013. 10.경 큐큐 메신저를 통하여 2010년경 창원시 소재 직장에서 피고인과 함께 직장동료로 일하였다가 불법체류자로 추방되어 현재 중국에 있는 브로커(일명 ‘G’, 이하 ‘G’이라 함)로부터 중국인들이 제주특별자치도에 관광객으로 위장하여 입국하면 창원으로 찾아갈 것이니 그 중국인들에게 숙식을 제공하고, 일자리를 구해 줘라.

If so, the Chinese people will pay money.

‘The defendant, upon receipt of a proposal, has moved Chinese people who did not obtain permission for extension of sojourn area together with G to other areas within the territory of the Republic of Korea, or arranged them, and has the Chinese people who moved to other areas within the territory of the Republic of Korea without obtaining permission for extension of sojourn area.

On September 22, 2013, the Defendant: (a) entered Jeju Airport located in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province for tourism purposes; and (b) visited the Defendant through the Defendant’s home located in J of the same city with H and I, and (c) opened a handphone to H and I while living together in the Defendant’s home located in J of the same city for two days; and (d) H and I.
