A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes committed on November 10, 2014;
A. A. Around 10:20 on November 10, 2014, the Defendant driven a vehicle in Et XG without obtaining a driver’s license from a non-commercial area located in the Si-Eup at the time of official residence to the front road located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Seoul, to approximately 25 km.
B. 2. The crime committed on October 5, 2015;
A. On October 5, 2015, at around 10:06, the Defendant driven a HM5-car without obtaining a driver’s license from the influence area in front of the 1546 km-dong at the same time to the 1546 km-dong at the same time.
B.
