A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 25, 2020, at around 16:08, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim D(the 39 years of age), the victim E(the 50 years of age), and had the victim mind to force the victim by force; (b) caused the victim D by taking the victim's hand; and (c) caused the victim D to come up with the victim's own hand; (d) kid the victim D; (b) expressed the victim's intention of refusal; and (c) again avoided the victim's body with two arms; (d) followed the victim D's chest on one occasion with two arms; (e) the victim E(the 50 years of age), the victim E(the 50 years of age), the victim's own hand was the defendant; and (e) the victim's son's son was the victim's son; and (e) the victim refused to wear the victim's face; and (e) the victim's son was the victim's son; and (e) the victim's face.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts by compulsion against the victims.

2. The Defendant was in dispute with the victim’s spouse and the Defendant’s indecent act at the same date and time as the above 1.3, and at the same place as the above 1.3, the Defendant: (a) 4 police officers, including G et al., who were dispatched from the 112 comprehensive situation room due to the 112 report, called “I am informed of who would be able to get out of the scene,” and “I am informed of who would be able to get out of the scene and be able to be able to be able to get out of the scene; and (b) the above G knicked the Defendant’s arms at his own head, thereby committing assault G on one occasion.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
