Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the representative of “C”, the broadcast program producer, and the victim D (n, 25 years of age) is an employee belonging to the said company from the end of December 2015, as a broadcasting author.

As the representative of the above company, the defendant was in the position of protecting and supervising the victim D, who is an employee belonging to the company.

On July 5, 2016, from around 23:14 to 00:27 of the following day, the Defendant discovered the victim who had been married at the above company office located in Mapo-gu Seoul E and 201, and tried to have the victim kid, kidd from the victim's own arms, and kid from the victim's body, kidd from the victim's body, kid from the victim's face, kid from the office, kid from the victim's face, kid from the office, kid from the victim's face, kid from the office, kid from the victim's body, kid from the victim's body, kid from the victim's kid from the victim's body, and kid from the victim's body, kid from the victim's kid from the victim's body, and kid from the victim's chest to the victim's chest, and kid from the victim's body.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against a victim under his/her protection and supervision due to his/her duties, employment or other relations.
