Reasons
Punishment of the crime
D is a person who operates a health food selling company under the trade name "F" in 801 of the Won-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City E building 801, and Defendant A is a person who conducts food sales and management business as the director of the division of the F, G, Defendant B, and Defendant C as the team leader of the F.
1. No person who violates the Health Functional Foods Act shall indicate or advertise on the name, raw materials, manufacturing methods, nutrients, ingredients, methods of use, quality, traceability, etc. of health functional foods with a content that is likely to have efficacy or efficacy in preventing and treating diseases, or to mislead or confuse them as medicine, and no business operator of health functional foods shall sell products by promoting speculative spirit, such as selling examples or giving free gifts, etc.;
