Reasons
Punishment of the crime
C is a person who operates a health food seller under the trade name "E" in Article 801 of the Da-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City D Building 801, F is a person who performs food sales and management duties as the director of the division of the above E, G, H, and I is a person who works as the team leader of the above E, and the defendant is a person who works as the above E's accounting member.
1. No person who violates the Health Functional Foods Act shall indicate or advertise on the name, raw materials, manufacturing methods, nutrients, ingredients, methods of use, quality, traceability, etc. of health functional foods with a content that is likely to have efficacy or efficacy in preventing and treating diseases, or to mislead or confuse them as medicine, and no business operator of health functional foods shall sell products by promoting speculative spirit, such as selling examples or giving free gifts, etc.;

2. Any person who intends to sell livestock products in violation of the Livestock Products Sanitary Control Act shall install certain facilities and report thereon to the competent authorities;
