Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is operating a key "C" on the second floor of Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

A person who operates the amusement business affecting the public morals shall not engage in any obscene act or instigate it within the business place, but the defendant received KRW 100,000 from the customer D and directed the customer E to the above kis room 3 room on January 9, 2015, and then, E (the age 21) made his/her employee E (the age 21) look at the chest and the ship of D, and made him/her obscenity by using his/her hand, thereby violating the rules on the performance of the business affecting the public morals.
