Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a key bank with the trade name of Daegu Suwon-gu B.

1. No person who carries on the amusement business affecting the public morals, shall have him/her do any obscene act, or mediate or provide it at a place where he/she carries on the business affecting the public morals;

Nevertheless, from the early October 2012 to October 15, 2012, the Defendant employed a female employee C (V, 23 years of age) and one other at the said business establishment, and assisted a female employee to engage in obscene acts, such as inducing a female employee to commit a self-defense act if he/she shows a female employee’s chest, while receiving a charge of KRW 40,00 won for 30,000 and KRW 70,000 per hour from the customers who find the place.

2. The owner or an employee of a business establishment harmful to juveniles shall indicate on his/her business establishment that restrictions on access by juveniles and employment by juveniles, as prescribed by Presidential Decree;

Nevertheless, around 16:30 on October 15, 2012, the Defendant operated his business without attaching a sign indicating that the access and employment of juveniles is restricted to the entrance door of the above key room.
