Punishment of the crime

On September 9, 2014, the Defendant driven a B K5 car from around 1 km section to the roads adjacent to the Gu viewer's distance in Gwangju Dong-gu to the front road of the same Gu Seodong-dong Joseon University Dental Hospital while under the influence of alcohol by 0.102% of blood alcohol level around 06:23.
