Punishment of the crime

The Defendants are the reporters of the C Company, and Defendant A is the actual owners of the D K5-car, and Defendant B is the passengers of the above vehicle.

이에 피고인 B는 위 F과 위 G에게 “대한민국 짭새들 대단하네, 씨발 내가 누군지 알아.”라고 말하는 등 수차례 욕설을 하여 위 F이 “정당한 공무집행이고 욕을 하며 모욕죄로 처벌받을 수 있다.”고 말하자 피고인 A는 팔로 위 F의 가슴을 1회 밀치고, 피고인 B는 손가락으로 위 F의 얼굴을 찌를 듯이 삿대질을 하고 주먹으로 때리려고 하였다.

Accordingly, the defect that the above G attempted to arrest Defendant B as a flagrant offender due to the suspicion of obstruction of performance of official duties was fested by Defendant B by hand.

이후 피고인 B는 현행범인 체포되어 수원서부경찰서 I파출소에서 대기하던 중 소란을 피워 위 F이 피고인 B의 수갑을 뒤로 채우려고 하자 발로 위 F의 얼굴과 어깨를 1회씩 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to interfere with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers on the maintenance of public peace and order.
