1. Of the instant lawsuit, the part demanding payment of KRW 1,010,500 shall be dismissed.
2. The defendant is the plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. As the cost of demanding a partial dismissal is a part of the cost of lawsuit and the cost of the original cost of lawsuit can be reimbursed through the procedure for determining the amount of the cost of lawsuit, the claim of KRW 1,010,500 is unlawful as there is no benefit in the protection of rights.
