1. Of the instant lawsuit, the part demanding the payment of KRW 308,300 of the cost of demand procedure shall be dismissed.

Reasons

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

The demand procedure cost of partial dismissal is a part of the costs of lawsuit and can be reimbursed by the amount of the original costs of lawsuit through the procedure for the determination of the amount of the costs of lawsuit.
