Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 22:50 on October 29, 2012, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (measures after Accidents) (hereinafter referred to as the “Road Traffic Act”), driving a three-lane road on the front side of the Samyang-gu Seoyang-gu Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-si along the two-lane road, along the two-lane road, along the two-lane road from the direction of the driving zone to the original one.
