Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is in the current period of suspension of execution after he/she was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution on September 16, 2011 for the reason of the violation of the Road Traffic Act and the violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving) in order to support the High Government District Court on September 8, 201, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on September 16, 201.
1. At around 20:30 on November 28, 2012, the Defendant driven C-T-T-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-
2. At around 10:00 on November 30, 2012, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle within approximately 600 meters section from the front side of the ridge middle school located in Seoyang-gu Soyang-gu, Seoyang-gu to the front side of the second apartment complex located in the same Dong-gu.
3. At around 10:00 on December 6, 2012, the Defendant driven the said cargo vehicle within approximately 80 km from the front side of the second apartment of the Hyundai Home Town in Seoyang-gu Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-si to the Gamdong in Songpa-gu, Seoul through the Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, Seoul, without obtaining a driver’s license.
4. At around 14:30 on December 11, 2012, the Defendant driven the said cargo vehicle at a section of approximately 25 km away from the 25 km from the 2nd apartment road of the Hyundai Home Center, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-si to the Masan-dong, Seoul, without obtaining a driver’s license.
