A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2019 Highest 5021"

1. Interference with business;

A. On August 31, 2019, from around 18:55 to 18:59, the Defendant obstructed the business of the victim B, the Defendant expressed the victim’s desire to “D” restaurant operated by the victim B in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to “C in a knife to death, to knife, to knife, to knife, to knife, to knife, to knife, to knife, to knife, to knife, to knife, to knife, to knife, to knife, to knife, to knife, to knife, to knife, to knife, to knife the victim’s main food and to knife, to 19:30 on the same day.”

B. On August 31, 2019, from around 19:15 to 19:25 of the same day, the Defendant interfered with the victim E’s business, the Defendant returned to the restaurant of “G” operated by the victim E in Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, and obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force by getting the customers on the restaurant, who were in the restaurant, to get out of the restaurant.

2. The Defendant, from around 19:05 on August 31, 2019 to 19:25 on the same day, committed as if he would pay the normal price at the restaurant listed in the B/L from around 19:05 to 19:25 on the same day, and ordered the victim E to do so.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the price even if he was provided with 1 gral error from the victim because he did not have one money.

The Defendant deceptioned the victim as above, and received 8,000 won or more from the victim.

1. On August 22, 2019, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol in a “D” restaurant operated by the victim B in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangseo-gu.
