1. The Defendant’s KRW 73,352,55 for the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from August 28, 2016 to December 11, 2017.

1. Basic facts

A. (1) On May 14, 2013, the Defendant entered into a contract for construction works (hereinafter “instant construction works”) with the content of installing drainage lots, pipes, etc., on a water source C (hereinafter “instant construction”).

(2) The Plaintiff and E Co., Ltd. participated in the bidding of the instant construction project by organizing a joint contractors management body with the representative company of the Plaintiff, and the Plaintiff was selected as a successful bidder of the instant construction project on May 24, 2013.

3) On June 11, 2013, the Plaintiff concluded a construction contract with the Defendant for the total construction period of KRW 3,600,000 with respect to the instant construction project in the form of a long-term contract under Article 24 of the Act on Contracts to Which a Local Government Is a Party as to the instant construction project, with the first construction period from June 17, 2013 to February 11, 2014, and with the first construction period of KRW 9,271,114,00 with the total construction period of KRW 9,271,14,00 with the total construction period of KRW 9,271,14,00 with the total construction period, from June 17, 2013 to June 16, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as “total contract”), and each of the following contracts with the “1 through six construction contracts,” collectively, shall be referred to as “the instant construction contract.”

B. B. After the amendment of the instant construction contract, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded an amendment to the instant construction contract and each of the construction contracts as indicated below. Accordingly, the instant construction contract was finally modified on August 27, 2016 by KRW 11.99 billion for the total construction period and KRW 1.99 billion for the total construction completion period. The contract amount as of November 9, 2013 for the first 271,14,000 for the contract date (the overall contract to be amended as of the date of completion of the original construction contract, the first 14,000 for the overall contract to be amended as of November 9, 2013, the first 19,000 for the total contract date of the original construction contract, KRW 14,00 on April 17, 2015, KRW 2000 for KRW 30,000 on December 16, 2015, KRW 14,010 for an additional entry on August 16, 2014, 20198.
