A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

around May 2013, the Defendant met or became aware of C (the age of 46) in the middle of the Eastern Market located in Jeju-do, Jeju-do. From July 2013 to February 2, 2015, the Defendant was sponsed with each other by having sexual intercourses with C (the age of 46) at the Defendant’s residence or motherel for at least three times every month.
