B, C, and H shall be sentenced to two years of imprisonment, Defendant E, F, and G, one year and six months of imprisonment, Defendant D, and J respectively.

Punishment of the crime

The Energy Management Corporation (the term "Korea Energy Corporation" as of July 29, 2015) shall promote the distribution of new and renewable energy sources, such as solar energy, solar energy, solar energy, underground heat, small wind power, fuel cell, etc., as the purpose of disseminating 1 million new and renewable energy units from around 2009 to around 2020, by providing support to the State, for part of the standard unit unit price as a subsidy (the change to the name of the new and renewable energy supply support project from 2014). The AE executive director is a new and renewable energy housing distribution project.

In fact, the Defendant entered into a contract to build new and renewable energy facilities, such as the owner of the housing, and the co-ownership and construction of the new and renewable energy facilities, by a non-qualified construction business chain, AG, AH, AI, and AJ, who is not entitled to participate in the distribution project of Green Home 1 million won, and who is not entitled to apply for subsidies. AE does not have any contract and construction, thereby receiving a fee of KRW 1 million per household from AG, AH, AI, and AJ, and when the new and renewable energy center files an application for State subsidies with the owner of the housing and the installation of new and renewable energy facilities.
