Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 00:30 on May 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) followed the D unit air defense room located in Incheon Spojin-gun, Incheon, by the method of so-called “outward” the victim E (22 years old) served in the above unit; (b) granted the victim a early leave of absence on the ground that the victim met, and (c) made the victim a early leave of absence, 30 minutes away from the head to the ground; (d) 5 minutes away from the head to the top; and (e) after having the victim work, 5 minutes of the victim’s clothes; and (e) the victim’s left part part of the victim’s body was opened at the bottom of the body that requires treatment between approximately 45 days.
